The Birdie Booth - Frequently Asked Questions

  • We travel as far west as Amherst MA, up to Concord NH, including Portsmouth on the coast, and can service areas in CT. Some areas are subject to additional fees due to extra travel.

  • We can service indoor or outdoor venues, as long as there is an accessible electric hookup and the ability for our team to pull The Birdie Booth directly into the desired spot. We often work with event coordinators on these details!

  • The Birdie Booth includes on-site printed photo strips for guests to take along with them to remember your special event. They will also have the option to send the images digitally via email or SMS. We also send all digital files to you after the event.

  • While the majority of our bookings are for weddings, our photobooth is available for all kinds of special events, from birthday parties and baby showers to corporate events and everything in between!

  • We will have an attendant on-site for the duration of the event to ensure everything goes smoothly from start to finish!

  • I step in to bring everything together so your day runs smoothly from start to finish. This includes managing your timeline, coordinating with vendors, overseeing setup, and handling any behind-the-scenes details. This way you can be fully present and enjoy your event.

  • A wedding planner helps design and plan your entire event from the beginning.

    As your coordinator, I step in at least one month to your event date to organize all the details you’ve already planned and ensure everything is executed seamlessly.

  • Depending on your needs, I typically step in at minimum a month to a couple of months before your event to finalize timelines, confirm vendors, and make sure everything is aligned for your day.

  • Yes! I connect with all of your vendors ahead of time to confirm logistics, timelines, and key details so everyone is on the same page and your day flows effortlessly.

  • I specialize in both weddings and corporate events, it’s like the best of both worlds! I also coordinate other events like bridal showers, engagement parties, etc.
